Carnegie CC has gone from strength to strength in recent years and this fantastic development is set to continue in 2010/11. We have achieved great results in giving all Junior Members an opportunity have fun and be involved in their team. This has been achieved by welcoming all new players regardless of ability and;

• Having a strong involvement from our Supporters
• Providing equal opportunities to players
• Emphasising the fun aspects of team sport
• Having willing, enthusiastic and quality coaches
  

We can now proudly say that we have a complete pathway for cricket to achieving their best for each player. 

Under 11

Our Under 11 players were the darlings of the club in 2009/10. All players had a huge amount of fun and had plenty of success on the way. 2010/11 looks like it will be even better, with plenty of players returning for another season in this age group and some enthusiastic youngsters coming through the Milo in2CRICKET program, ready to put on the whites for the real thing. With great coaches, we place the main focus on giving each player the opportunity to develop skills and (most importantly) HAVE FUN!

The game formats for this age group are specifically set out to allow each player to be thoroughly involved in every match. 

For players who are 11 years old or younger after 30/09/2010

Under 13

The Under 13 players enjoy taking on the new challenges they face in stepping up to this level. Our coaches have done a great job in making that all the more fun by challenging players at training with more competitive, game style activities.

For players who are 13 years old or younger after 30/09/2010

Under 15

As children grow quickly to become adults we offer the opportunity for players to develop leadership. We do this by giving players more opportunities to take control and focus on team aspects of play. There is an exciting season ahead in 2010/11 for our U15s.

For players who are 15 years old or younger after 30/09/2010

Under 17

Our Under 17s will represent the pinnacle of our junior program. As well as having a fuller participation in cricket, players in this age group will have the opportunity to join our development squad to enter senior ranks.
